To ensure high-touch service and concrete results, we limit the number of concurrent searches we manage. This is an exclusive mandate, but you are free to revoke it at any time; we only require written notice to formally close the process.

Transparent Compensation (Success-Based Commission)
Our commission is due only upon the successful execution of the final deed of sale—when you become the legal owner. 

→ Zero Initial Risk: No administrative fees, retainers, or upfront payments.
→ Minimum Fee: Ten thousand American dollars ($10,000 USD).
→ Fee Details: Our fees include VAT and are based on the notarized final purchase price (agency fees included; notary fees excluded).
→ Commission Based on Notarized Final Price: ≤ $750K: 3% | $750K – $1M: 2.5% | > $1M: 2%
